I STOP ALL CRITICISM
I accept myself exactly as I am. I refuse to criticize myself.
When I criticize myself, my changes are negative and what I manifest is negative.
When I approve myself, my changes are positive and what I manifest is positive.
I do my best
I DON'T SCARE MYSELF
I stop terrifying myself with my thoughts.
I create a mental picture that gives me joy and I disconnect my thoughts of fear with this positive mental picture. I am safe
I AM GENTLE, CARING AND PATIENT
I am gentle with myself, caring and understanding when I learn new ways of thinking.
I talk to myself the way I would talk to a precious friend. I take my time
I AM UNDERSTANDING TOWARDS MY EGO
I don't hate myself for my thoughts. I observe and let my negative thinking go.
I gently redirect my thoughts. I understand myself
I HONOR MYSELF
I recognize how much I am valuable and worthy. I am lovable
I CREATE MY OWN SUPPORT SYSTEM
I find the ways to support myself and I ask for help when I need it. I am supported
I LOVE THE NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF MYSELF
I created them to meet a need. I let those negative tendencies go as I find new positive ways to meet my needs with love. I accept myself totally
I TAKE CARE OF MY BODY
I eat healthy food. I move my body with pleasure.
I cherish and honor the temple I live in. I am healthy
I TALK TO MYSELF IN FRONT OF THE MIRROR
I express the love I feel for myself in front of the mirror looking into my eyes.
I forgive myself and say it to myself. I express myself with truth and love
I SET HEALTHY BOUNDARIES
I love myself enough to say no to others' demands on my time and energy.
I set boundaries. I choose myself
I LIVE IN THE MOMENT
I stop projecting myself in the past or in the future.
I enjoy fully the present moment. I feel the present moment
I DO IT NOW
I don't wait. I start now. I am worthy
I LOVE MYSELF COMPLETELY
